The valet staff at the front door were super friendly and helpful. They even offered a shuttle service and were willing to pick us up even after the scheduled shuttle hours. The room was very comfortable and warm, making our stay enjoyable. The shops downstairs were also quite quaint, adding to the overall experience.
The desk staff, although friendly, lacked knowledge about local shuttle services and seemed a little disengaged. The housekeeping staff also let us down, as they ignored our requests for two days and our room had unpleasant elevator noises.
